About Me
I’ve spent over 20 years in marketing, from advertising for a leading UK newspaper to building campaigns for global health and wellbeing brands. Along the way, I gained skills in digital marketing, content creation, graphic design, and campaign management — plus CIM qualifications.
But the corporate world wasn’t for me. The 9-to-5 commute and sitting at a desk all day felt limiting.
Then, in 2015, I became a mother, and a year later, I had my second child. I knew I needed a career flexible enough to work around my family, so I launched my freelance social media consultancy in 2016 while juggling a baby and a toddler.
Since then, I’ve helped small business owners, bloggers, and creators strategically grow their platforms, run Instagram workshops, and refine social media strategies that actually work. After a short break during our move to Portugal, I’m thrilled to be re-launching The Social Media with Soul Method, and I can’t wait to help you grow your platform in a way that’s aligned, authentic, and sustainable.
